Redstone’s new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) bring you the best of drive-thru services and ATM-easy transactions.

Can’t make it to a branch before it closes? Have a question before or after normal branch hours? Need more than a basic ATM transaction? With extended hours and the ability to speak to a live person, most teller transactions can be conducted at an ITM, all without leaving your car.

Want to perform a basic ATM transaction or don’t need to talk to a teller? That’s OK too because the ITMs provide full ATM functionality, but with enhanced security and faster response times.

What hours are ITMs available?

Live teller transactions can be performed 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturday, and ATM-style transactions can be performed 24/7.

What can I do at an ITM?

Nearly all teller transactions can be performed at an ITM, including the ability to

Withdraw cash (coins available at ITMs located inside branches)
Make cash or check deposits
Cash checks
Make loan payments
Exchange bills
Order checks
Get online banking assistance
And more!

What denominations are available at an ITM?

100’s, 20’s, 5’s, 1’s, quarters, nickels and pennies (coins available at ITMs located inside branches)

Are ITMs secure?

ITM transactions are as secure as walking into a branch and speaking with a teller. Just like in a branch we may require an ID for identification purposes and for security purposes all transactions are recorded.

Must be eligible for membership to open share savings account to join. A $5.00 minimum balance is required to open and must be maintained in share savings account at all times. Fees and other restrictions may apply. Must be an RFCU member to obtain a loan. All loans subject to credit approval.
Must be primary or joint owner on an account with a valid ID to receive account information. Must have debit card or Satellite ATM card to access ATM functionality.
