PayNearMe provides an online payment option to make loan and credit card payments when and how you want. (Payment options vary depending on loan type.)

  • Bank account (ACH – Savings or Checking)
  • Debit Card (online for loans; telephone only for credit cards)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Or, in-person with Cash

Click and follow the prompts and enter the following information:

  • Last 4 of SSN
  • 5-digit ZIP code
  • Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)

Upon first sign-in to PayNearMe, create your account password and verify via text or email.

Select the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link to reset your password on the sign-in page.

  • Pay online
    • Sign in to PayNearMe and select ‘Make a Payment’
    • Select the loan or account from the top dropdown and follow the prompts for payment.
  • Pay by phone – Contact Redstone Federal Credit Union at 800-234-1234
  • Payments made by 5 p.m. CST on weekdays are applied to your account the same day; otherwise, payment is applied the next business day.

Payments must be made by 5 pm CST. Payments received after that are applied to the account the next business day.

Redstone is notified of your payment immediately when it is paid. You can select to receive your payment receipt to your email (default) or phone. If you paid with cash at a retail location, your cashier receipt is proof of payment.

Automatic payments are the easiest way to make your payments on time.

Once you set up your PayNearMe account online and make your first payment, you will be asked if you want to set up a recurring payment. Follow the prompts and confirm your information.

Payment locations are nationwide. A list and map of participating locations can be found at home.paynearme.com/locations.

  • Log in to your PayNearMe account.
  • Select ‘Make Payment
  • Select the loan or account from the top dropdown and follow the prompts for payment.
  • Select ’Cash Payment’ and how you want to receive your barcode; text or email.
  • Take the barcode to a nearby PayNearMe payment location to make your cash payment at the checkout counter.
  • The cashier scans the barcode, and you provide the cash – just like any retail purchase.
  • The cashier provides you with a receipt, and the cash payment is posted to your account. Payment made after 5 pm CST will be posted the next business day.

You can pay the minimum payment due up to $1,000.00 maximum amount per cash payment transaction.

After PayNearMe sends your payment, whether paying online or with cash, any refund request must be directed to Redstone Federal Credit Union.

To see your pay-off amount, select ‘View All’ from the PayNearMe accounts page online or call Redstone Federal Credit Union at 800-234-1234 to request a payoff quote amount.
