At Redstone, we believe in the power of people helping people. That’s why we established the Community Champions initiative – a way to honor members who go above and beyond to positively impact others' lives.
Community Champions are unsung heroes among us who selflessly contribute to the well-being and improvement of our communities. By recognizing their acts of kindness, we aim to inspire others and foster a culture of caring and community spirit.
We are excited to present this year's Community Champions. These five individuals have found unique ways to meet the needs of others in their communities. They give their time, talents, and resources to build a better community.

Kaye opened Kindred Hope Rescue and Sanctuary to provide equine-assisted therapy to veterans with PTSD using rescued horses.
Robin founded Next Step Farms to teach independent daily life skills to special needs adults in a small farm setting.
Leo started Second Chance Deliverance and Restoration Ministries to assist those suffering from addiction, poverty, and homelessness.
Janet runs Action Kids Tennis Camp, a free summer program where children of underserved areas learn healthy habits.
Rachel donates her time and talents to the community through Scouts BSA and volunteering with local theaters.
We're thrilled to announce that this year's Community Champions not only received a special award in recognition of their outstanding contributions, but will also gain access to something even more valuable: personalized support from our Financial Education and Business teams. Our employees are excited to work alongside them, offering their expertise and assistance to help further our Champions' incredible volunteer work. Together, we make an even greater impact on the community!

LC is the founder of Real Fathers Making a Difference, located in Huntsville, where he mentors young men whose fathers are absent from their lives.
The Wells Clayton Whitworth Memorial Foundation helps families who have experience stillbirth or similar loss with funeral expenses and grief counseling.
Chase coaches wheelchair basketball and helps raise money for adapted wheelchairs through his program, Rocket City Adapted Athletics.
