June 8, 2023 _ Redstone Federal Credit Union and the Guntersville community today celebrated Redstone’s newly expanded branch location at 600 Gunter Avenue.
The 15,000-square-foot building is home to the branch office, Redstone Family Realty, and Redstone Title Services.
Redstone’s President and CEO Joe Newberry, said the new site is a testament to the growth and strength of the Guntersville and Marshall County area.
“At Redstone, we are excited to be a part of the growth in this area. This new, larger branch, along with Redstone Family Realty and Redstone Title Services, show our continued investment in this city and county,’’ said Newberry. “And it’s not just a new building that makes us special. It’s our people who serve here each and every day.’’
The 11-person branch office is led by its manager, Melissa Walker. Walker and her team are dedicated to helping members, their families and communities reach their financial dreams. They also volunteer throughout the community, including at Brindlee Mountain Primary School.
Chamber President Morri Yancy said the chamber is excited that Redstone chose to locate in downtown Guntersville.
“We are thrilled with the improvements and updates they have made to this beautiful building in this highly visible area of the community. We appreciate the ongoing support they have provided to the Chamber and the community over the years as a strong community partner. We are lucky to have them here,’’ said Yancy.
